A Little Bit

About Me

Hi, I’m Sarah. I’m the person behind The Blessings Project. I’m 25 years old and based in the United States, and this site is where I write and share blessings, prayers and words of gratitude for the moments in life that matter, big and small.

  • Who I Am

I’ve always believed that words matter more than we give them credit for. A simple “thinking of you,” a short prayer at the right moment, or a birthday message that actually means something can carry someone through a hard week or make a good day even better. That belief is what led me to start writing blessings down instead of just thinking about them.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been the person friends and family come to when they need help finding the right words. Someone is having a rough time, and I want to send them something more than a generic quote. Someone’s celebrating a milestone and a plain “happy birthday” doesn’t feel like enough. Over time, I started keeping a little collection of my own: blessings, short prayers, lines of gratitude, things I’d written for the people in my life. This site is that collection, grown into something bigger.

I’m not a religious scholar, and I don’t claim to have all the answers. What I do have is a genuine love for language that comes from the heart, and a habit of pausing, even on busy days, to notice what I’m grateful for. Writing this way has changed how I see ordinary moments, and I wanted a space where other people could find that same feeling, whether they’re searching for the perfect words for someone they love or need a little encouragement for themselves.

That’s really what The Blessings Project is. Not a perfect answer for everything, just an honest, growing collection of words I hope reach you exactly when you need them.
